Madison Mae Ballard, known as Maddie or Mad Mae to family and friends, departed for Doggie Heaven on Monday, January 17, 2022 after 16 2/3 years of bringing fun, happiness and joy to the Ballard family. Maddie loved to play ball and frisbee and frolic on her back in the grass and warm sunshine. Maddie was loving, loyal and obedient. Everyone that met Maddie loved her because she was so warm and loving. Maddie will be missed by her mom and dad, Donna and Perry Ballard as well numerous other members of her family. Thank you for being the best dog ever Maddison Mae Ballard.
